I can't remember where I first read this quote, but it struck me as exactly the approach we are trying to take with our homeschool unschooling journey. Teaching the kids how to get answers to their questions is the greatest skill we could ever teach them.
Interestingly enough, this quote gets attributed to Alexandra K. Trenfor, but upon further research, no one has been able to figure out who she is. It seems that Alexandra K. Trenfor is just the pen name of the person who said these wise words.
I enjoyed the comments in the above linked post so much. It's funny how with the internet we expect to get to the bottom of these mysteries--and with minimal effort. It's kind of cool that this one is not solved!
